Baked Brisket

  • 4-5 LB Brisket
  • 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Barbecue Sauce

    Mix together the dry soup mix, cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce.
    Spread over top of brisket and cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 300 for 4-5 Hours.

    This is super easy and you can make it the same day! Call jeff a day or two ahead to order the brisket.
